Manage Orders

You can use the Order Management application in Orckestra Commerce Cloud to view and manage customer orders and payments.

When any order requires attention, a flag appears at the top right of the screen and the following message is displayed: There are orders requiring attention.

You might not be able to edit some orders in the Orchestration Console when some of the administration features are enabled. For more information, seeManage Order Configurations.

Payments are managed and settled at the cart level. One order can contain one or multiple payments.

Payments can be partially settled or not.
A CSR can record one payment for a multiple shipment.
A CSR can combine multiple payments of different amounts to pay the order amount.
